This workshop will introduce you one of the therapeutic tools known as Creative Journaling to capture your feelings and thoughts. Through the process of drawing and writing, you may gain insights of your life and ignite your creativity. The hands-on workshop aims to equip you with a simple, but yet effective tool that can assist you in your personal growth and development. It is never too late to start journaling and discover more about yourself!
